Minimum quantities depend on the product, fabric and design. Payment arrangements and delivery availability, costs and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation. Door-to-door delivery does not automatically mean import duties or taxes are included.

- Product category and a description or tech pack/reference link.
- Estimated quantity per style, colour and size.
- Fabric composition, weight, colour and measurement requirements, if known.
- Brand labels, printing, embroidery, packaging and required testing or documentation.
- Target price, currency and the price basis you want quoted.
- Required delivery date, destination and shipping expectations.
